the silver lens

2040 portrait1-blogI am now the proud owner of this silver lens– a 20-40mm f/2/8-4 zoom.  (Yes, if you saddle up a Canon or a Nikon, or even a Sony, that’s going to seem like a weird range of focal lengths, but the Pentax ecosystem is a very weird place.)  I took the silver lens for its first walk yesterday evening, and here are some of the images I made with it.

Very green, and very dire. And very sharp.
