My guess is Iowa will be way too scared to sit up like that, and will flatten herself against his back as best she can, holding on with all four limbs and looking over his shoulder when she dares to open her eyes. Which will be more often than I would dare, that’s for sure.

Santa looks rather precariously balanced on Captain Marvel’s ass cheeks. I think Iowa will have the good sense to straddle Jack’s waist, although I cringe to think of the stress that’ll put on the small of his back. Then again, Jack’s a big strong boy, so he can handle it.

Sounds good to me. The BBQet would be very popular, although difficult to distribute with proper attention to food safety. Our butcher shop does offer gift certificates for all occasions, and I bet they would put a gift box together if you asked them.

That alternate history is surprisingly easy to believe in. I too thought “first woman PM” when I saw the modern Elizabeth I. I suppose the whole story has been much in everyone’s mind since the recent death of Mrs.Thatcher.

Despite being hailed as the “Glorious Virgin” by the Anglican Church, the Labour Party’s Beth Tudor was always viciously attacked for her promiscuity by Maggie “Iron Pants” Thatcher of the Conservative Party. From the time they vied for the honour of prefect at their exclusive school until their ultimate clashes at the very highest levels of government, these two women were always at each others’ throats. Their debates in parliament were the stuff of legend and are still studied by schoolchildren today. As different as each was in her political outlook, they shared a burning ambition in common- to become the first woman PM of the UK.
